🔴 ABOUT TECHNOLOGIE.

Cervical massage focuses on the neck and shoulder area, where tension and stress are often located. Techniques include kneading movements, light pressure and stretching, aimed at relaxing muscles and improving blood circulation. Benefits: – Relief of neck pain and tension headache. – Improvement of blood and lymphatic circulation. – Reducing stress and anxiety. – Increasing the flexibility and mobility of the neck. – Relaxation of tense muscles. Neck massage involves similar techniques to cervical massage, but can be extended to include deeper areas of the muscles and ligaments around the neck. Circular motions, firm pressure, and stretching motions can be used to relieve discomfort. Benefits: – Relief of neck pain and stiffness. – Relief of symptoms associated with stress and muscle tension. – Improving posture and muscle function. – Reducing the frequency of headaches and migraines. – Increasing the range of motion of the neck.
Joint mobilizations involve controlled and gentle movements of the joints to
improve their flexibility and function. When combined with massage, they can have significant therapeutic effects.
