ABOUT MASSAGE TECHNIQUE:

The emergence of reflexology is attributed to ancient civilizations that started around 12000 BC. Christ lived. This method was already used in India and China 5000 years ago.

Today, reflexology is widely used as a restorative therapy in rehabilitation programs, cosmetic and SPA treatments, manicures and pedicures, and home care for children and loved ones.

Reflexology is based on the relationship between the internal organs and the reflex zones on the feet and hands. By acting on the reflex zones, it is possible to relieve pain, relieve stress, stabilize the body’s energy reserves, promote the removal of toxins from the body, improve the functioning of all organs and systems, and have a positive therapeutic effect on certain diseases to have.

Reflexology is based on the theory of life energy, which is the body’s unified system that nourishes every organ and cell. This energy moves through channels. When the channel through which energy flows to an organ is blocked, the condition of that organ changes. The organ is weakened, and under the influence of external or internal factors, a disease develops. This is also reflected in the reflex zone: soreness, roughness, cracks, various types of skin abnormalities and subcutaneous deposits appear.

The massage technique is based on working on each organ and area according to schemes, general and individual for each case. The first session is diagnostic, there may be pain where you need to use techniques to relieve the pain and uncover the energy channel.
